In the past, I have presented remotely using skype audio and video. Last year I audio-skyped into a conference in the UK to present with Steve Bridger. For the audio, we use a phone line that was fed into the AV system and wireless mic. We had a very reliable Internet connection.

During the presentation, we had participants jot down questions on index cards and those were used by the facilitators to lead the discussion. This method was used because the facilitator needed to speak into the mic so I could hear the questions.
