As we’re hiring across a range of roles, we aim to recruit outstanding candidates who are eager to hit the ground running. I haven’t always been in a product role, though. One of my favorite parts about the job is getting to develop and refine new skills such as communication, leadership, and business strategy.

As a program specialist, you may think that I am limited to one program or role, that however, is not the reality. Performing these tasks and filling the numerous and varietal roles gave me time to expand my professional capabilities while guiding the direction of my career. My AmeriCorps service has been invaluable.

Dane is a seasoned online communications and fundraising professional with more than 18 years of experience. In his role he oversaw a nearly $7 million dollar revenue budget that had grown more than 21% during his tenure.
