Update video: An update video serves a critical role. For a longer video, consider writing a script. Scripting: Even if you don’t plan to read from a script, you still should write a script. If you just talk into your phone for four minutes, you will likely lose viewers rather than inspire them to give.

Tell them you need them to fill an important role, to be part of your new Fundraising Ambassador Team. Invite everyone to share how they got involved with the organization, what their role is, and why it means so much to them. Provide opportunities to practice and role play. This class does not have to be large.
