I use DropBox to make sure I have important files with me (and to hold my 1Password keychain file s o my login passwords are automatically synced ). Foxmarks to sync bookmarks, and now ReadItLater to sync my reading list. LogMeIn (free) if I really do need to “call home.&# When I travel, I can’t sync.

All of them view office documents including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files on various types of smartphones, but to varying degrees of effectiveness. You can view and edit Word and Excel files but just view PowerPoint files.

So it’s updating your data file with changes of address. Bookmarked. You can print out your data file or you can look at it and get an assessment of the health of it overall. I don’t know what you call it in your particular donor file, clean those up to the bare bones minimum of constituent codes. Nope, nope.
