Xmarks: This keeps my bookmarks in sync across all my browsers across multiple machines and platforms, including my VMWare Fusion virtual machine. And here’s where I’m running into some problems: Remember the Milk for Gmail: I love this add-in. Force new links from address and search bars to open in new tab.

She now uses Google Search, reads her news online, sends and receives email, and even uses Facebook to check-in with family and friends. These are the tools that I used to get my Grandmother started: Google Search - So simple! Just make sure you explain the difference between a URL and a search term. Claire Sale, NetSquared.

In Gmail, I set the new domain as my default sending address. That’s done, although I know it will take some time until searches return results at the new domain. For my email address, I added judisohn.com as a domain in Google Apps, along with all the necessary MX entries on my MediaTemple hosted domain. Anyone know?

I want to be able to bookmark or pick things out from the stream that I want to go back to so the items don’t get lost. Also, there’s search yet. According to Wikipedia,Gmail has 193mm users, so even if Google plus integration starts, they’re still behind Facebooks 600m+.

I've wanted to change to gmail, but need a slow period. Bookmarks: del.icio.us If there is a book I really really really want, I search for freebie chapters on the Web or use the search inside feature in Amazon. Here's a few tools I'm using: Email: I'm using the comfort blanket that is outlook. I live at the post office.
