The term “call to action” (CTA) is used multiple times in the list. A CTA is an invitation to take action, such as donating, volunteering, signing up for something, signing a petition, pledging to do something, etc. Create a list of donors who have not donated in 18 months and invite them to participate in some calls to action (CTAs).
