Last week I facilitated a workshop in Detroit hosed by Co-Act , a nonprofit collaboration space in Detroit. Last year, I did a workshop at a conference for professionals who do audio description, a service that makes visual images of theatre, television, movies, and other art forms accessible to people are who blind or have low vision.

So, this means books, periodicals and other similar textual works, including audio versions of those titles. It doesn’t cover movies.

Even though their movies and patents were not covered by the treaty draft, they were concerned the Treaty might be a bad precedent for them.

During the Full Circle training on online facilitation that I took this last month, we had a sandbox. It allowed us to play and get comfortable with the discussion software, faciliplay exercises, and other areas that participants wanted to explore like the audio as online conversation. I used MovieMaker in Windows.

I met a lot of fantastic videobloggers as well as learned a lot through the discussion on production values facilitated by David Tames. Some techniques that I learned about that I want to put into practice in future work: Capturing secondary audio with an external mic and recorder and then synching them during the editing process.
