posted by Annie Bello Graduate Public Allies Arizona I quickly realized that Public Allies was no cop out when we were sworn in as AmeriCorps members. This event also provided a workshop for parents about Be a Leader’s resources to help their children go on to college. Faced with apathy, I will take action. This is just the beginning.

Although the HUD Exchange’s Continuum of Care focuses specifically on homelessness, other coalitions use a similar framework to address specific issues. For example, child welfare organizations may implement a child welfare continuum to provide supportive services to children and their families.

Chad Wheeler, the CEO of Open Door, a nonprofit working to alleviate chronic homelessness and human trafficking in my home of Lubbock, Texas, has come to use all of the previously named technologies. Josh Haynes is a graduate of the Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management program at Arizona State University.

Through Public Allies Arizona , I was placed at AZCEND as the Family Resource Center Coordinator. In addition, they offer case management for homeless clients in the Interfaith Home Emergency Lodging Program (I-HELP). In 2017, AZCEND provided Christmas gifts for over 480 children. posted by Samantha Witter Class 12 Public Ally.

The New Life Center (NLC), led by Rob Swiers, provides support and shelter for those afflicted with addiction and homelessness. Heather Aal is a graduate of the Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management program at Arizona State University. Heather lives in Fargo, North Dakota, and has three adult children.

Going deeper into family, Michelle was adamant about being complete as a whole person before choosing a mate and bringing children into one’s life, an example set by her and Barack over the years to both the nation and her daughters.
