#GivingTuesday 2013 might over, but no it’s not! White Butterfly Gift Shop in NJ – donated the proceeds of t-shirt sales to support a mother of 5 who cannot afford her cancer treatment. The Gift Shop also adopted the family for Christmas, asking community members to donate toys for the children.

Nick Bilton, a tech columnist for The New York Times , wrote that we could find ourselves in a situation where a medical AI that is programmed to eliminate cancer decides that the way to do it is by exterminating humans who are prone to the disease. In that case, they probably should not be in operation anyway. .
