Growing up in Mystic, CT, I lived through two hurricanes: Gloria in 1985 and Bob (on my birthday!) Gloria and Bob were "regular" hurricanes. I've been searching today for ways to help, and rounded up a collection of articles and websites that suggest ways to donate and volunteer. I haven't decided what helping action to take.
