I've never met them face-to-face, but almost four years to the day, our paths crossed virtually when their father, a human rights activist, was thrown in jail in Cambodia. And, of course, January 11th is my birthday and I'm doing what I love helping Cambodian youngsters by raising money for the Sharing Foundation.

My 53rd birthday wish was to raise money for the Sharing Foundation to send 53 Cambodian Youngsters to school by covering the cost of their uniforms ($10 per child). We crushed that goal and raised $4,540 because of your generosity in donating and calling attention to the birthday wish. But it is late, and time for bed!

Many children in Cambodia do not go to school because their families lack the $10 for a uniform, required for school attendance.
