Leaders at the American Cancer Society in Atlanta went into last year’s GivingTuesday with a plan. Nearly half (48%) of donors cited email as their preferred giving channel ahead of social media, text messaging, direct mail, and phone calls in a study published last year by fundraising platform Neon One in Chicago.
