That ethos continued until the last three years or so with issues in Burma, Iran, and China. In Iran we’ve seen it used to get out information and resist censorship but have also seen it used by the government to alter a mobile phone system and monitoring calls. What we are trying to do with The Green Festival is to say to people look, it is great that there is this culture of protest and Global Exchange has done tons of protest, we are really professionals at it, but my analogy is like the Titanic. There are people in positions of power in places like Iran and Washington, D.C.
