Our work focuses on advocacy, policy, education and political thought that helps to shape the dialogue and public conversation about the interests of these folks. military policies globally, not just what's happening with women domestically. None of us can answer that question fully until we find ourselves in that situation. And so as the war rages on and the insurgency festers - as another father weeps over a flag-draped casket and another wife feeds her husband the dinner he can't fix for himself - it is our duty to ask ourselves hard questions. Would I feel bitter?
