We do it both through personal mentoring, but also with the right skill sets. It's really creating that voice, and I think we can facilitate that. Someone is born with it.

Skills: SCORE (Counselors to America's Small Business) facilitates volunteer mentors' giving advice to aspiring entrepreneurs. They have e-cards you can send, guides and lesson plans to download, and graphics you can print as posters, stickers, t-shirts, etc. I'm a big fan of Kiva too. Small acts of kindness count too.
