Too bad it’s so hard to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files on them – or is it? All of them view office documents including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files on various types of smartphones, but to varying degrees of effectiveness. You can view and edit Word and Excel files but just view PowerPoint files.

Low-end video conferencing services tend to deliver low-quality results like frozen video, low numbers of participants supported, and limited functionality in sharing and features. Audio, video, application, and screen sharing (jpg, ppt, pdf, flash, mp3, doc). File uploading and downloading. Whiteboards, breakout rooms.
