We've said it before, and we'll say it again: the NTEN community is pretty amazing. From sharing ideas to sharing rides to the NTC, this is an extremely generous community and the 2012 Champions Campaign is yet one more example. When we launched the campaign, our goal was to reach a total of $30,000.

NTEN’s Nonprofit Technology Conference held each Spring is always THE place to be for nonprofit techies: whether you work in a nonprofit organization or with one, are totally technical or fell into your techie job, like social media or like wiring an office. The conference schedule for NTC has been developed openly and collaboratively.

Biggar, who founded and leads Leadnow , garnered the most votes from the NTEN community, from among a formidable pool of finalists. Ted Fickes, Electronic Communications Manager, The Wilderness Society (Central Rockies Regional Office) In September, 2008, Green for All , 1Sky and the We Campaign organized a national day of action -- Green Jobs Now -- to demand progress on green jobs and a green economy. Last week was the 2011 Nonprofit Technology Conference and not only did I have the pleasure of presenting a couple sessions, it was also my first NTC as a staffer, as I joined NTEN earlier this month. Well, they loved the chance to get together offline and build things together, learn from each other and so on. Campaigns: 350.org.

After wrapping up our annual Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC), NTEN’s CEO, Amy Sample Ward, and I quickly recharged for SXSW Interactive , where we partnered another year with Beaconfire to host the Beacon Lounge for social changemakers, and with the NonProfit Times to cover stories on the nonprofit technology sector.

I've been asked to lead a session at this year's NTC conference in San Francisco (April 26-28). I'm honored to contribute because the NTC ( NTEN's annual get together) is the conference to attend for anyone working in the technology field for nonprofits.
