Delicious Bookmarks - this is the official plug in from Yahoo. It’s sweet - a button to easily tag the pages you are visiting, and a nice sidebar to see your bookmarks from. I also use varied greasemonkey scripts to make things more interesting. provides a nice toolbar - where you can play stations from, etc.

Marshall has a great post about a technorati tag bookmarklet that can save you a lot of grunt work. Technorati tags can help you attract more readers for your blog and also facilitate contributing to the collective community wisdom surrounding a particular tag. But it required some editing to make it link the tag to Technorati.

Submit your comment Okay, there is a greasemonkey script so you can skip the clicking on the bookmarklet.

I wasn't as smooth as I would have liked swtiching between my "scripted" remarks and incorporating people's questions in the chat line. These are shorter sessions focused on tagging. The first session will introduce tagging and social bookmarking and an exercise. I am teaching two more sessions.
