This weekend was Podcamp Boston 2. I attended Saturday, but just like podcamp Boston 1 last year, I learned an incredible amount and met some extraordinary people. He observed that Podcamp 2 was a lot about relationship building versus skill building. Not a bad idea to put a link in your twitter stream.

Yesterday, in preparation for a session I'm doing at BlogHer Boston , I created a quiz for folks to self-assess how much information overload was a factor. Scanning and pattern recognition is a really important skill to have been you need to look at a lot of information. It is a good idea to stretch every 15-20 minutes.
