The organization is asking supporters to change their Twitter, MySpace, and Facebook avatars at 1:10 on Friday, March 6th to the "oneten" avatar. If you live in the Bay Area (like me), the Global Fund for Women has created a calendar of local events. For more information, go to www.oneten.org.uk.

I've been having a lot of fun researching some metaphors for the future and of course, I went straight to the Jetsons. In fact, I'll be arriving in a Jetson like transportation and my avatar will probably look a lot like Jane Jetson. . The fun part is figuring out how to effectively deliver a 3D presentation in a 3D space.
