From a museum perspective, I think there's a lot to learn from these venues' business models, approach to collecting and exhibiting work, and connection with their audiences. The Waffle Shop is a cafe and live streaming TV channel that serves a diverse audience of late night club-goers and locals in an urban neighborhood.

Guard staff who are willing to let an artist step between two panes of glass to perform. The Walker is also a place where everyone is committed to supporting artists and new work, so every time we bring in an artist, staff are enthusiastic about the idea of coming together to create something. It's inherent in what we do.

Often, organizations adopt a service model that is strictly needs-based. While needs are important, this service model can be demeaning and disempowering. It's pretty simple.

The science of capital punishment from DNA to execution Religion Teen suicide, teen cutting – I wanted to include these in my museum’s “Hall of Human Life” teen area. The cow or pig exhibit is called “Meet Your Meat.” If humans have become so much more intelligent in the last 100,000 years, why can’t we evolve out of wars?
