Tangible measurements are easy to calculate and can fall into any number of ratios and equations. Fortunately, the technology exists to help us answer some of these questions. This resulted in us creating a “sneaker-net” approach to providing basic asynchronous ICT services to rural villages: a complete offline Wikipedia that fit on a CD-ROM, and severely restricted bandwidth throttling to allow community radios to access the Internet (via prepaid RBGAN) for $2-3 a day. . The Facebook Community Pages that were created by automating content from Wikipedia have been mostly removed from Facebook Search. Chapter 4 :: Follow on a 1:1 Ratio on Twitter.
