A disaster can be as big as a hurricane or as small as a water main break that floods your office and surrounding neighborhood. How will television and radio interviews be handled? Samantha Wright, Director of Development Operations and Analytics for the food bank, says that being located in a hurricane zone makes them “no strangers to disaster response.” For instance, Wright explained how “photos, interviews, and stories are continually fed to the communications team,” which then shares the information with supporters.
