So, for example, if I provide an after-school program, I just use that a lot because I ran an after-school program for over a decade, but if I’m delivering academic programs, then I’m going to be looking at the number of students served. But just saying, “We helped 20 people who are homeless,” does not provide context.

The program is rigorous, engaging students in serious scientific projects as well as personal and professional development workshops. YES students defy expectations. Many of them don''t have the clothes required to go to a job interview.
