Over 8 weeks this last fall, I had the privilege of working with NGOs from Afghanistan, Cambodia, Iraq, Lebanon and Syria, in a series of trainings that took place in Phnom Penh, Beirut and Istanbul. Past partners have included NGOs and nine truth commissions. Their meticulous work is now a key aid to the courts.
