COSI is a hands-on science center in Columbus, Ohio. They don’t have a huge technology staff or flashy initiatives, but they have done many smart, simple projects that have caught my eye. All social media projects are mission-driven and strongly aligned to institutional goals. They use Yammer internally to communicate.
