To make finding this info easier, I started building wiki pages for documenting how we at C3 do what we do. This application makes building step-by-step tutorials so incredibly easy. You usually only need Pro if you are going to be exporting full manuals or uploading to a MindTouch or Confluence wiki. They ask, "Judi, how do I.?"

I didn't loose a whole lot more because most of my work is now "backed up" or inside of web applications. I've been using online wikis - documents and more recently, spreadsheet wikis for the past year. Wikis are just great for that! Some folks just aren't comfortable with using wikis yet.

That includes applications from Google Documents, to Salesforce.com, to Gliffy.com , (the service I used to create that graphic.) Also, you can access the applications anywhere you go.
