This application makes building step-by-step tutorials so incredibly easy. They have a hosted version , but at a minimum of $20/month it's more than I want to spend now compared to a one-time software license purchase. And it was cumbersome to organize and build. Then this week, I found ScreenSteps.

The current software does not interface with our current/new technical environment (MS-Exchange and Office, or Google g-mail, calendar, docs, etc.). We cannot interface with other desired applications. Or the cost of maintaining current hardware or paying current licensing fees vs. the cost a new system.

I can migrate their Microsoft Access applications to a free Salesforce account. Now they have no need for local applications or data. They can take them anywhere they need, access all their applications and data, never worry about malware, backups, disaster recovery, etc. I use Google Docs , Zoho Writer , and Office Web Apps.
