Which of your activities are a distraction from actually living? If an activity or event didn’t help me become the best safety in the world, I didn’t do it. In 1984, the Houston Oilers drafted me as a top safety during the NFL draft. Once you identify your distractions, you can take ownership of them. Eating mindlessly?
