NTC Day of Service: Our Tenth Year!

On Thursday, April 9th at 8:00 am, we kicked off the tenth Annual Day of Service at NTEN's NTC which was a resounding success! In 2007, we revamped the event so that volunteers no longer left the conference for the day and did two-hour strategy consults in the morning. We always managed. There was a lot of energy in the room.

This year's program is heavily weighted to the "social web" and nonprofits. Doug mentioned attending the NTC/NTEN conference in New Orleans and had RSS and Tagging ringing in his ears. He came back an evangelist for social media. He summarized some learnings from NTC sessions he attended and the keynote by David Pogue.
