He wandered around the big top playing music with his jiggered musical contraption attached to his body. We might think of structural racism or the classism inherent in our funding structures. If you have a teen program running, there are no second teen programs person out drumming up business.

If we can begin to build that at a local base, we can begin to create jobs that are associated with that new structure that we create. We do a lot of work with teens in the summertime.
