Last week I was got to work on a week-long service trip in Cusco, Peru as part of Wake: Women’s Alliance for Knowledge Exchange #Tech2empower program where womwn in who work in technology volunteer to share their professional skills and knowledge with women-run business owners. It first works with local community people to see what its children need and then tailors programs that are specific to that locale.

That means building in more structure and more discipline, and for myself, it was a lot of letting go of doing everything and knowing how to do it, you know, figuring everything out and really bringing in people who bring that different set of skills.
