I know it sounds cliché, but as Martin Luther King said, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.". I first worked as an outreach coordinator for the Great Lakes region, which is six states: Illinois, Ohio, and a bunch of others around there. From there, I moved into the position of National Outreach Coordinator.
