It is a small, rural library that serves 5,000 people in the Skagit Valley in northern Washington State. She became the library tech person by default.

The RRP program supplies very low-cost Microsoft Windows and Office licensing for nearly anyone fixing up used PCs. The RRP program recently added Windows MultiPoint Server 2011 Premium to its roster of citizenship licenses.
