COVID-19 pressure has tested existing EdTech needs and processes, especially in the areas of support for online students. We had a record-breaking 38,000+ registrants from 70 countries and h igher ed was the largest group in attendance.

The key takeaway for me is the whole point about the need for new metrics to measure learning from games. There was some push back from someone in the audience "How can we measure virtual worlds when we really haven't yet figured out what works and what doesn't. New learning environment puts games at the center.
