Here are some reflections on the instructional design: 1. Most importantly, I need a good facilitator for each table. When they are lined up by comfort level, I have been doing a quick poll to see where generations appear along the line. Both organizations have demonstrated leadership in embracing social media.

Someone on the call had moderator access and was able to flip the slides (I had them memorized) and they also read any of the questions in the chat line to me. First, my preferred method of instruction is to be more interactive and facilitate discussion. Make a slide at the end with contact information, wiki address, etc.
