ITWorks: Changing Lives In 16 Weeks

There are nearly 100,000 young adults between the ages of 18-24 living in southeast Pennsylvania and north Delaware who are under employed, or unemployed and are making approximately $11,000 per year. Tech Impact’s ITWorks is a free and demanding 16-week IT training program that is working to permanently change the lives of young adults.

When asked what ITWorks is, Tech Impact CEO, Patrick Calihan said, “It’s a sixteen-week program and they go through training for the first eleven weeks and after that we actually work to get them in a work environment.”.
