That’s the lobbying position of some companies in the intellectual property field when implementing the new Marrakesh Copyright Treaty. Since people with disabilities tend to be the poorest of the poor, it seems odd to campaign to hobble libraries that serve only this community. If you can buy a book, you can’t borrow it.
