As someone texted me recently, Art History grad school didn't teach us anything about working with others in museums. Find ways they can get their own voices out there, either by encouraging them to go to conferences (and financially supporting that) or helping them find publishing opportunities. Everyone can learn from others.

Dr. Ross: Oh, I noticed it says fundraiser Chad on my thing there. You’re teaching grant writing and doing board development and super involved in the nonprofit community there. And I teach Board Development and Grant Writing for the program. So every time I teach or present, I like to do group agreements.
