Yesterday, in preparation for a session I'm doing at BlogHer Boston , I created a quiz for folks to self-assess how much information overload was a factor. The question "Is the only time you're offline when you're sleeping or going to the bathroom? It is a good idea to stretch every 15-20 minutes.
