NetSquared organizer, Eli van der Giessen’s personal favorite free lightweight online image editor is PicMonkey. The paint function has painting tools including Brush, Pencil, Airbrush, Clone, gradient editor and blending tool. I have to say that this is the easiest to use image editor I’ve seen so far.
