Make A Wish Donation Box in Second Life On the Web, you can become a messenger for your cause by adding a charity badge or fundraising widget to your blog or web site. In Second Life, you can build a 3-D display and donation box where avatars can contribute Linden dollars. That's my avatar sitting on top of the donation box (it spins!)

We also encouraged people to change their avatars (see above). I'd try to figure out how in the world to measure how many people changed their avatars.

I especially get a kick out of his meebo (IM widget) "Confession Box." He uses a red haired avatar , so that has been my mental image of him. It's not like I'm out there to make any money off this or to get job offers although that it happens. Do you see blogging as a professional development opportunity?
