My friends in Burma and in the Amazon were really risking their lives in the face of the military troops, in both cases in the Amazon and in Southeast Asia, so I felt like this is something that I'm not going to die doing, and I just started. The most powerful impact we found was actually in the women's leadership and influence locally.
