Community First Program Design At the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History , we've gravitated towards a "community first" program planning model. There is a strong community of Oaxacan artists, dancers, and musicians in Live Oak. It gets easier to hear their voices in our heads when we make a decision. Not your voice.

It incorporates work by local artists, old and new construction, and is completely gorgeous. and then recounted some related fact or history. This brought other voices into the tour, but more importantly, it modeled a potential interaction that we could have. It was clear that Vi isn't just someone who talks about history.

To make ends meet, artists would sometimes team up as a studio — helping each other come up with ideas, chipping in when someone was in danger of missing a deadline, teaching each other tips and tricks. And by quoting an outside validator, you add an extra voice of authority to support your own message.
