I could point to the Haiti disaster as the tipping point in cell phones -- for the increased engagement with donors, and more importantly, for the contributions of information from survivors. While I was on sabbatical at Tuck/Dartmouth in the spring of 2008, I wrote about the things I learned from students and colleagues.
