To make finding this info easier, I started building wiki pages for documenting how we at C3 do what we do. This application makes building step-by-step tutorials so incredibly easy. Part of my job is helping my colleagues do what they need to do on their computers and online. They ask, "Judi, how do I.?" and I tell them. Took forever.

I live in Google applications (Gmail, Google Reader, Calendar, etc.) You can browse or search the docs from the little drop-down window. This allows me to keep this info in sync across my computers via Dropbox without actually exposing the sensitive content unnecessarily. so it's almost a no-brainer for that reason alone.

Google Drive for iOS is a free app that allows you to view and edit Google Doc office documents on iPhones and iPads. There is a ton of info on how telework helps the environment and is considered part of green technology.

In one of my workshops recently, I talked about online web applications -- the value and benefits as well as the drawbacks. Why is that I could easily make the switch from PowerPoint to SlideShare -- from Word to Google Docs from Excel to Google Spreadsheets? And, then it got to be so shameful. Anyone have any tips?
