Registrants: Classy aims to increase the total number of registrants for the Collaborative year over year, so Alexa’s team reviews this metric first.

Be aware of key accomplishments, metrics, testimonials, and milestones. For example, accepting gifts of stock by opening a brokerage account, accepting Venmo donations, accepting cryptocurrency , and accepting donations from Alexa (Amazon devices). Do a raffle, sweepstakes, contest, or giveaway in your community.

The most obvious metric is video view counts. While we dont have hard metrics at this time, I would encourage nonprofits to read your previous Frogloop interview with Carie from the Humane Society, where she details how a YouTube contest helped add 2000 new members to their mailing list. It depends on what your goals are.

It wasn’t meant as a statement about what I think about whether or not web stats are a useful metric of much. Webstats are, of course, important, both as an internal metric to watch, analyze, and improve, and for that matter, to put out there, in conjunction with lots of other data. 6 Katrin 09.19.07 No one disputes that.
