I was lucky enough to attend NTEN's Nonprofit Cloud Computing Summit on Monday, August 29. I personally liked the definition presenter Peter Campbell, of Earthjustice , used: an outsourced platform, application, or suite of applications delivered over the Internet. Offline synchronization capabilities aren't very good yet.

Now an entire team can enjoy continuous synchronization of a folder (and sub-folders) for a project. Dropbox also has essential team collaboration built in.
