For the past ten days, I’ve been in Rwanda, Africa. I was honored to be a trainer as part of the launch of the ACE Leaders Project, a program developed by the Institute of International Education Sub-Saharan Regional Office and supported by the Packard Foundation. Needless to say, I learned a lot!

They employ numbers throughout their site to make people feel aligned with thousands of others, and they give a face and a voice to those thousands with pictures, videos and written stories. Women for Women International is another example of an organization whose founder´s story is very much a part of its brand.

Spencer Brodsky is 17 and he is spending his time online to raise money to bring Green Stoves to Rwanda , something he's been doing for the past 2 years. .
