They have to do a network map and analysis as well as strategy for a development organization in their area of student. Then students complete exercises, either in small groups or solo.

The Leading Change Summit was more intimate (several hundred people), participatory and interactive, intense, and stimulating. These could done by one person or could be shared if mapped out in advance. And while anything you do the first time will not be perfect and in many cases stressful, in the end it was a good experience.
